Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to artist availability.
Consultations may be required for custom designs, and a non-refundable consultation fee may apply.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo or piercing.
Payment must be made in full on the day of your appointment.
We accept cash, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of your deposit.
Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo or piercing at our studio.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of appointment.
We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
Clients must inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the procedure.
Our studio follows strict hygiene and sterilization practices for the safety of all clients.
Zebron Square Tattoos will not be held responsible for adverse reactions if accurate medical information is not disclosed by the client.
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session.
It is the client’s responsibility to follow the aftercare guidelines to ensure proper healing.
We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
All tattoo and piercing services are final. No refunds will be provided once a service has been completed.
Touch-ups (if required) may be offered free of charge within a limited timeframe, provided proper aftercare has been followed.
Custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Zebron Square Tattoos.
Clients may not reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for any other purpose without written consent.
By booking a tattoo or piercing with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
Tattoos and piercings involve risks, including infection, allergic reactions, or scarring.
Zebron Square Tattoos and its artists are not responsible for any complications that may arise during or after the procedure, provided proper hygiene and care have been followed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including intoxication, abusive behavior, health concerns, or unsafe conditions.
